Works to this Victorian house included removal of various extensions, cladding and conservatories replacing with new additions more sympathetic to the original Victorian style.

Internally walls were removed quite extensively and areas updated to the clients requirements providing a fantastic living space.

Other works included replacement sash and casement windows, re-wire, re-plumb, conversion of garage to an annexe, building stone walls, digging out existing solid floors providing a damp proof membrane, installing under floor heating and re-screeding, landscaping of front to provide parking areas, rebuilding of porch etc.
