This property hadn’t been touched since the 1950s. Working with a customer, with whom we had worked previously, we were commissioned to carry out extensive renovation works to bring this property (built in the late 1800s) up to modern living standards whilst being sympathetic to its character.

Works included:

Re-roof using a mix of existing and reclaimed clay tiles with new lead work etc.
Loft conversion to create 3 bedrooms, all en-suite with under floor heating.

Insulation to latest standards with soundproofing between floors.
Bespoke hardwood windows to match existing.
Alterations to internal layouts to improve accommodation on ground and first floors.
An Orangery style single storey extension of approximately 84m² with bi-fold doors, feature lead roof and roof lanterns to create a large kitchen/dining/living area and utility room.
Water re-harvesting system for flushing toilets and garden use.
Thermal Solar panels.
Integrated audio visual system.
General renovation and repair works throughout.
