A single storey rear extension was constructed using imperial bricks in-keeping with the existing Victorian period property.

The build incorporated bespoke arch windows and doors with Velux electrically operated roof windows.

This addition made for an appealing light and airy downstairs kitchen, living, dining space incorporating an in frame bespoke shaker style kitchen, new first floor bathroom, and front alterations to create a new garage/store.
